Can you sell me service parts?

No, we don’t operate a retail store or offer retail sales.

We do, however, stock thousands of electronic parts, belts, cartridges, headshells and turntable mats, etc. We fit these parts as needed to customer equipment booked in for service, repair or overhaul.

To better understand this concept, ask yourself if you would ask to buy spark plugs from your local mechanic or if you would buy them from a retailer, like Repco. How about if you needed writing paper – would you try to source that from your accountant or lawyer, or Officeworks?

Retailers are set up for retail sales; non-retailers are not 🙂
