Every discussion requires time to engage, discuss and respond to questions, analyse equipment, research and calculate technical answers, and provide robust, tailored guidance and solutions. Due to the number of requests we receive and the time and expertise required to properly address them, we do not offer free advisory consultations or equipment valuations.

Instead, we offer advice and guidance via our advisory service consultations. Consultations allow me to engage with enquirers on a range of hi-fi-related topics, whilst fairly accounting for my time as all specialists must do.
