Welcome to my new abandoned page.
On this page, I will eventually list equipment that has been abandoned by its owners. There are various reasons why equipment has been abandoned, but it’s not usually helpful when owners fail to collect their equipment.
Sometimes the equipment works, but in most cases, it doesn’t, and the necessary work needed is either too expensive, beyond budget, or the equipment has been too badly damaged, costs are unknown and potentially large, etc, etc.
Most of this equipment has been here too long and has not been collected, despite prompting. If you see something you like, get in touch because it has to go. If owners want it back and are happy to pay the accrued storage charges, that’s great. If not, I assume ownership and move it on to recoup costs, per the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, 1970.
Why do I have to get rid of equipment that has been abandoned? I don’t operate a storage facility, I don’t have the space, and abandoned equipment takes up space that other customer equipment could use.
What will appear first?!
