No, I avoid text/SMS messages for all business-related stuff.

Note that this is even more so when they come out of hours, from people I don’t know. Text messages can be invasive and as a first point of contact are a bad idea anyway. If you are looking to become a new customer of a business, I don’t recommend communicating this way.
