First time out of the box in 40+ years, and of course it didn’t work!Technics SL-D33 turntable, here for repair.A monster Yamaha P-2200 power amplifier here for service.Sadly, a recapper has gotten to this beauty and all but ruined her. Be forewarned about recappers and a non-technical, unskilled approach to ‘restoration’, which usually severely devalues beautiful equipment like this.Just finished repairing these two beautiful old Onkyo Y-200 pieces.
