If we’re fully booked and you can’t wait, rather than have your equipment improperly repaired or potentially ruined, get in touch. If we can’t fit you in now or soon, I’ll recommend a colleague who can hopefully assist in a more timely fashion.
I only recommend colleagues I know, trust and respect, technicians who care about the quality of their work, as I do. If I don’t recommend someone, it’s important to understand why not. I will never recommend anyone I know to be doing substandard, damaging or dangerous work. Sadly there are quite a few of these people out there.
